When will you receive your purchase? It will depend on the day and time you placed your order:

Orders placed from Monday to Thursday before 16. 00 pm: these orders are delivered the next day in mainland Spain and Portugal.

Orders placed from Thursday at 16. 01 pm (Spain Time) to Friday at 16. 00 pm (Hora España ), will be delivered on Monday.

SHIPPING BALEARIC ISLANDS: Delivery to the Balearic Islands is made by sea, delivery is made in 48-72 working hours in Palma de Mallorca and from 72 working hours in the other Islands, the cost is 4,90 as in the Peninsula and if the purchase is over 49 euros the shipping is Free to the Balearic Islands.

Canary Islands - Ceuta - Melilla

Orders for all the Canary Islands will be made by the company SENDA INSULAR, have a cost of 19,95 euros with the IGIC and the Cost of Import already included in this price. You do not have to do anything, we take care of everything, export and import IGIC included. You will receive the package at home without having to make any arrangements.

All purchases made at tiendapadelpoint. com will leave our warehouse in Alicante every Monday. Orders will be delivered, depending on the Island, between Monday and Wednesday of the following week (7 to 10 days from departure that Monday). International Shipping Information - International Shipments

For International Shipments, orders within the European Union take from 2 to 5 days depending on the country of delivery, you can check your shipment on the order in your personal account. Some destinations in the European Union have Free Shipping (Zone A from 150€ and Zone B from 200€).

Rest of the world shipping may take from 5 to 12 days. The companies we work with are UPS, DHL and NACEX. You will receive an email at the time of order departure from our central warehouses in Alicante - Spain. The cost of shipping will depend on the volume and weight of your purchase and the destination. Some countries may have Customs Tariffs that must be paid by the customer. If the order is returned from Customs, the return costs will be borne by the buyer.
